These rates are for the St Kilda Road Apartment only

Minimum stay is three-months.

If there are current or close vacancies showing, we will take bookings in the very short term only, until a longer term booking is made.

Rates allow for 2 people in the Double bed. This apartment will only accommodate two people. A portable cot could be placed in the living area however.

Short-stays rates only

A Deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to confirm booking, if you book more than 21 days prior to your arrival. The balance of the payment will be charged to the same credit card that was used to pay the deposit, or to secure the booking if paying by other means, (unless we are informed otherwise), 10 days prior to your arrival.
